SALA DE LAS IDEAS 2020 Ministerio de Cultura de España
La Sala de las Ideas is a new permanent space created by the Ministry of Culture for the Tabacalera Cultural Centre in Madrid. On this occasion, we worked alongside Robuche to design a family of objects capable of organizing the room and turning it into a meeting space dedicated to the presentation and discussion of the projects related to the centre.
With the aim of creating a totally different and inspiring space for the workers of the center, we developed a family of objects capable of transporting its users to a world where ideas live through a visual impact, the chaotic world where ideas are built, transformed and reconstructed from a continuously interconnected common magma, where new ideas emerge from the ruins of the old ones.
The construction process is based on basic shapes of the furniture, with a simple assembly and a handcrafted treatment of the wood, working as a team with the Miraflores carpentry workshop.

GAIA GUARDIANS 2020 Thyssen-Bornemisza National Museum Madrid
Gaia Guardians is an interactive publication that emerges from three years of Patricia Dominguez research— a personal journey through conflicts connected to the issue of water in Latin America. Its origins lie in Bolivia, where drought and fires in the Chiquitanía region have destroyed more than 4 million hectares of forest in recent years. In her native Chile, Domínguez reached out to eco-social movements and raised awareness of people who have been blinded by the police during protests.
Conceived as a publication in relation to the exhibition space inside the Thyssen-Bornemisza National Museum, where the graphics are changing throughout the format, with a vertical reading following the structure of a vertical water jet, which starts from the fire and ends in a "spirit of water”

RADIO RELATIVA 2018 - 2020
Radio Relativa is an independent and experimental community radio station that serves as a platform to promote different cultural and musical initiatives related in some way to the city of Madrid and its people. Since 2017, the radio has been working to become a meeting place for musicians, artists, designers, collectives... with the aim of joining forces to promote the creative and cultural fabric of the city through its own protagonists.
Futuro Studio has been part of the project from the beginning, developing its own open visual universe that evolves season after season, to offer a different perspective of the local identity. Radio Relativa is the graphic laboratory of Futuro Studio, where we test the relationship between various concepts such as the local, the identity, the community, the collective, from the perspective of total design, which allows us to develop the project through any format, such as a T-shirt, a logo, a party, a poster, a website, a podcast...
The identity of Radio Relativa is changing, evolving and experimenting with different logos, posters and applications every season.

SHOWER HOUSE 2020 Private client
Housing conceived as a single-person shelter next to San Isidro Park in Madrid. The extreme compartmentalization of space capable of housing two rooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom in 45m2, directly prevented any relationship with the spaces beyond the intended uses, also limiting access to the terrace and views of the park.
The project tries to totally reconfigure these relationships, relocating the service uses in the interior area and using the shower as the protagonist of the daily ritual to order in a permeable way the spaces linked directly to the terrace and the park, thus managing to incorporate all the possible natural light in the whole surface of the house.
A limited budget and a few square meters , gave us the possibility to act in a synthetic way on only one key element of the house: The shower. Making the rooms totally permeable to light. Project carried out in collaboration with MRS constructors.

VENENO 2020 Robuche
Robuche presents his first exhibition in Madrid organized by the artists themselves Javier Rodriguez and Lou Buche, "Painting that is breath and duration, pranayama and bebop. To get lost and find oneself again in a cyclical, circular and continuous way, improvised, to access the primordial. To discard routines in order to establish new models of relationship with the images that surround us". "Lets's get lost" Text by Ricardo Recuero.
The most important concept was the idea of desire in the exhibited pieces, forcing the visitor to have different perceptions of the paintings depending on where they were being observed, working with the paint itself and its reflection, through the idea of the labyrinth, contrasted with the classic idea of exhibition and the space where this took place.
Reflection, contrast and paths were the main ingredients for the generation of desire in the artworks. We choose a single material , giving it a use for which it was not created through density and scale. In this way, five reflective spaces were created to invade a warehouse, transforming it into a metal labyrinth of artworks. In total 2700m of galvanized steel canal were used, and recycled.

ACID VISUAL 2018-NOW ACID CAFE
Since its creation in 2017, Acid has become one of the reference coffee shops in Madrid not only for the quality of its coffee and its cuisine but also for its original and innovative attitude.
Acid Café is not just a spot, but at the same time a meeting point for people who share a gastronomic and cultural perspective, beyond even the coffee itself. The project's goal was to represent their attitude rather than their business in order to generate a more real than commercial link with their customers.
The ACID identity is based on the contrast between personal elements inspired by "bombing" of graffiti, and legible compositions with more universal typographies, looking for their different lectures.

NODO INVISIBLE 2019 Matadero Madrid
Nodo Invisible is an experimental music and live arts festival held at the Palacio de Cristal in Arganzuela. It collaborates in the creation of a musical and creative program of reference in the southern area of Madrid, away from the logic of the club. "There is no aspect of life that does not reveal an infinity of new and unexpected things if we approach it with the knowledge that life does not exhaust itself on its visible side, but that behind that visible side there is a whole world of the invisible, a whole world of new and incomprehensible forces and relationships". Nodo Invisible
The project is shaped through the heterogeneity of profiles where musicians, DJs, visual artists, or anthropologists, develop proposals specifically for the occasion, creating a comprehensive experience. Suso Saiz, Alicica Carrera, Phuong Dan, Bear Bones Lay Low & Raymonde are some of the names that made up the line up, Promoted by Possible Others.
With a maximum construction budget of 1000 € and an assembly time of less than 6 hours, the stage design is conceived as a "meccano" of numbered pieces manufactured beforehand, in independent modules, which could be easily transported, in weight and size. Only two materials of easy transformation were used, Pladur foc and galvanized steel canal to create an environment that shows and hides things, establishing incomprehensible relationships, as if it were a Secret Oasis.

TECHNOLOGIES OF ENCHANTMENT 2019 Gasworks Gallery London
Patricia Dominguez explores healing practices emerging from the points where many worlds meet, clash and overlap as a result of colonial encounters. Rooted in the artist’s ongoing investigation of ethnobotany in South America, this first UK solo exhibition invites the viewer to envision possible futures for humans and plants thriving in the cracks of modernity.
This publication designed in collaboration with the artists, explores a specific visual language for her, conceived as an artwork, it includes an essay chronicling an ethnobotanical journey across indigenous lands in Bolivia, Chile and Peru.
The graphic universe created for this exhibition at Gasworks, aims to convey the connection between the artist's cultural and aesthetic background, and a contemporary language, experimenting with digital and three-dimensional elements adapted to the two dimensions of paper.

MAGIC ROOM 2018 Higher Technical School of Architecture of Madrid
Magic was the first Architectural Podcast Congress of the world curated by Andrea Gonzalez and Lorenzo G. Andrade inside the Higher Technical School of Architecture of Madrid. This whole congress ended up in an experimental and ephemeral dance space during 24 hours, with 24 DJs from the local city scene.
Magic is a space and editorial project, translated into a publication, where all the voices of the podcasts produced during this congress, became a mutant body of text, which deforms when you emphasize, think while you talk, talk fast or make silences.
Magic Room was an experimental urban planning class with first-year architecture students, where we designed a 24-hour ephemeral dance club inside the university. The first building of these students, a 1:1 scale model, with 5000 square meters of recycled cardboard.
